At Tee New Usa, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, since our products are printed-on-demand and customized for each order, please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because your order is custom-printed, the production process begins shortly after an order is placed.

Time Limit: You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 Hours: Once the item has entered the production phase or has been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order for “change of mind” reasons.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
We offer a full refund or a free replacement if the problem is caused by our side. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery if:

The product is defective (torn, holes, or poor print quality).

The product received is different from the one you ordered (wrong size, wrong color, wrong design).

The item was lost in transit (Tracking shows as “not delivered” after the estimated delivery date).

3. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/RETURN
To protect our business from “double loss” (losing both product and money), we do not offer refunds or returns for:

Customer Error: Choosing the wrong size (Please check our Size Chart carefully), wrong color, or providing an incorrect/incomplete shipping address.

Change of Mind: Since each shirt is printed specifically for you, we cannot restock or resell it.

Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to receive the package when it is delivered, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Worn/Washed Items: Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or smell of smoke/perfume will not be accepted.
4. RETURN PROCEDURES (IF ELIGIBLE)
If your case is eligible for a return (as confirmed by our support team), please follow these steps:

Return Period: Within 30 days of delivery.

Return Address: 242 N Lombard St, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns for reasons other than manufacturer defects may be subject to a $7.00 USD restocking fee.
5. REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via PayPal within 5-7 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international exchanges, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the reshipping cost of the replacement item. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Please note that Tee New Usa syncs tracking information directly to PayPal. If a package is confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided, PayPal’s Seller Protection policy will apply, and claims for “Item Not Received” will be contested with full documentation.
