The incident, described as a drive-by quintuple shooting in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood, left two 24-year-old lifelong friends dead and three other men injured when a masked gunman opened fire into a crowd. Authorities took Andrews into custody on Tuesday, transferring him to the homicide unit. He is currently being held at the Philadelphia Federal Detention Center awaiting formal processing.
