It’s absolutely heartbreaking to lose Daveigh Chase, who passed away yesterday at 35, taking a massive piece of the early-2000s pop culture we grew up on with her. She leaves behind an unmatched legacy of iconic performances, from voicing Chihiro in Spirited Away (2001) and Lilo in Lilo & Stitch (2002), to giving us pure nightmares as Samara in The Ring (2002) and playing Samantha in Donnie Darko (2001).
Daveigh Chase, the voice of Lilo in Lilo & Stitch and Samara in The Ring, reportedly ended up living on SKID ROW in Los Angeles battling severe malnutrition before she died 
She passed away at 35 from complications of meningitis. Reports say she was HOMELESS and struggling on the streets despite having millions in UNTOUCHED residuals from her acting career 
Friends had reportedly been trying to locate her for some time before her death.
This one hitting different because she was such a big part of a lot of people’s childhoods

I just found out Daveigh Chase passed away. She was famous for her role as Samara in The Ring and winning best villain. Lilo from Lilo and Stitch and Chihiro from Spirited Away. She passed away at the age of 35 according to TMZ
She was presented with the Award that night from Ashton Kutcher and Diddy and she was a Neam of light with a her beautiful smile.
Very sad news and may she rest in peace. She was a wonderful talent
